We NEVER charge you extra for hoop size choices. 2- Your designs are always available for you, no reason needed to redownload your designs, all we need is your request. 3- If you accidently order the same design set twice (oops!) you can pick a refund OR ask for a new set of equal or lesser value. 4- We have a team of testers who test in hus, jef, pes, and vip formats, on older machines and new machines to ensure the best stitch out quality we can give you. 5- We know we are far from perfect so if there is a problem just email us and let us know. ABOUT OUR ZIP FILES - IMPORTANT
You must use We zip up the individual designs and then zip all thoses in the main zip, so you must unzip the main into its own folder then go in and unzip all the embedded zips that will now show up in the new folder. Thank you. |
